If you’ve never dealt with consultancies, a practice area is like a themed party: everyone’s there for a specific vibe, like "digital transformation" or "sustainability," and they won’t stop talking about it. In this case, it’s all about energy and netting zero emissions.
The ask was for a film that conveyed what this practice area actually does. As the writer, I anticipated that if people saw stock footage of machines doing carbon capture, or sequestration, or what have you, audiences would have zero clue what they were looking at. I pitched the idea that all people need to see is the benefit of everything this team touches. Oh, and collab with one of the coolest animation studios a la Hornet Studio.
I did the concepting and assisted with the pre and post production.
